Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Brian graduated from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. In his early career he worked as an Auditor and then a Tax Manager for regional public accounting firms across the United States. He later served as the CFO of a national tax litigation law firm, representing clients in some of the largest and most complex cases pursued by the federal government. This experience opened his eyes to how the pressure of serious tax problems can be truly immobilizing and how to avoid these situations entirely. That’s why he founded Onyx Tax in Charleston, SC.
